Consultancy
A fresh look at your business
“In consultancy and guidance, there can be just as much detail and refinement as in a well-crafted dish.”
Vision
An outside eye
With nearly three decades of professional experience and extensive international exposure, I help companies gain a realistic picture of themselves. Our profession requires a positive outlook on a daily basis, and at times it can be extremely valuable to have someone from outside the company take a fresh look at your business.
“Greater results through small changes.”

How it works
Just as much refinement as a well-crafted dish
Implementing changes or concepts aimed at improving efficiency, enhancing quality, reducing costs, simplifying processes, and reducing labour requirements. The work can involve major transformations or incremental adjustments, with quality and efficiency as cornerstones.
The strength and approach I use come from my experience, but above all from always striving to achieve greater results through small changes. That is why my work is always tailor-made, and can be a unique addition to any type of business.
For restaurants and hotels, for hospitality at sea, and for any business where quality and hospitality decide the difference.
