The White Room ★

Since 2015, The White Room has been open in Amsterdam under the supervision of De Leest***. Housed within Hotel Krasnapolsky on Dam Square, The White Room is one of the oldest dining rooms of Amsterdam, a monumental space where history and contemporary fine dining meet.

As signature chef, Jacob Jan Boerma holds final responsibility for the culinary direction. In 2017, the team was awarded a Michelin star, a recognition of its precise, cosmopolitan cuisine.
